i have chosen the location of this home with several thoughts in mind:

even though the bruny island can provide those in the limelight/ celebrity with much privacy due to its non mainland location, i have considered further visual access privacy from the access road. rather than having the home being viewed down upon, i have chosen to locate the home where it holds heirarchy over the view onto the access road. also, this position, rather than closer to the water edge also provides the home with a longer and slightly higher view across the bay.

as the beach is not of a soft sandy nature but a rocky one and the vegetation of the surrouding areas provide temptation for exploration and discovery, water activities such as kayaking, sailing (?) etc. may be an option, and for that i have chosen keep a relatively close distance to the beach to keep arduous movement of required equipment to a minimum.
